Cancellations
If you cancel or reschedule your cleaning service at least 48 hours before the scheduled time no fee will be charged. However, if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the cleaning, a $120 fee will be charged. If someone in your household is sick on the day of the cleaning, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any charges. No fee will be charged, as we appreciate your efforts to help us stay healthy.

Your satisfaction is very important to us at Pam's Pristine Clean. If you're not happy with the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours, providing photos of the areas of concern. We will address the issue promptly to ensure your home meets our high standards. Our commitment is to resolve any issue and ensure that our services meet your expectations.

Clean improperly installed items. Tend to surfaces that may be damaged by cleaning.
